interSeptor Environmental Monitoring System
interSeptor is a full-featured, scaleable network environmental monitoring device designed to remotely monitor temperature, humidity and other environmental conditions in data centres, IT rooms and racks. Email and SNMP alerts are available as standard, but combined with a unique Alert Centre facility (UK), interSeptor can also provide automated telephone voice and text alerts 24/7 to give early-warning of impending computer room problems.
Designed for ‘out-of-the-box’ operation, interSeptor is supplied with a dual temperature/humidity sensor, with a second temperature/humidity sensor available also. A range of optional ‘Go-Probe’ sensors to detect security breaches, power failures, smoke and water leaks can also be quickly added to the interSeptor system to provide comprehensive monitoring of your critical environments. |

The Jacarta Alert Centre facility is a subscription-based service that works in conjunction with our environmental monitoring devices to provide automatic alarm notification via email, SMS and voice alarm messages (to landline or mobile phones) to up to 6 recipients.
The alerting process ensures key personnel are notified and the alarm acted upon via an escalation and acknowledgement process. Easy access to change personnel details, contact numbers, etc. is available via the Jacarta Alert Centre Login facility on this website.
Voice & SMS Alerts
The Jacarta Alert Centre sends messages to your proprietary order of ‘Contacts’ as follows:
Immediately: The installed location is telephoned.
After 30 seconds: ‘Contact 1’ is notified by telephone, text and email.
After 2 minutes: ‘Contact 2’ is notified by telephone, text and email.
After a further 2 minutes: ‘Contact 3’ is notified by telephone, text and email.
If a contact responds to any alert message, the remaining messages are not sent, and all previously notified personnel will receive a new message informing them that someone is taking action.
